  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Full Refund
      Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund (excluding service charges, if any).
    2. Partial Refund
      Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in but before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% deduction, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
    3. No Refund
      Cancellations made on the day of check-in or in case of a No-Show will not be eligible for any refund.
    4. Refunds for Payment Gateway Transactions
      If the booking was made and paid through a payment gateway, any refund processed will be subject to a transaction fee as charged by the respective bank/payment processor. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    5. Refund Timeline
      All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
